Advancement of Expenses Relating to Additional Indemnification. Expenses (including without limitation attorneys' and others' fees and expenses) incurred by Indemnitee in defending any actual or threatened civil or criminal action, suit, proceeding or claim shall be paid by the Company in advance of the final disposition thereof as authorized in accordance with Section 4(b) hereof.
