Advanced Notification. Suppliers will notify AlphaUSA Quality immediately prior to shipping when any non-conforming material or condition is discovered. This includes any discovery of any non-conformance produced by another supplier. Non-conformances reported by a supplier but produced elsewhere will not affect the reporting supplier’s scorecard.
