Advanced Certificate. An officer who possess a Peace Officers Standards and Training Advanced Certificate, the employee shall receive a two percent (2%) differential to base salary and such payment shall be reported to CalPERS as Peace Officers Standards and Training Certificate Pay as a form of Educational Pay.
