Advance Fee. Upon issuance of any Note to any Purchaser, the Company shall pay to such Purchaser a fee ("Advance Fee") equal to one percent (1%) of the principal amount of the Note then issued; provided that the Advance Fee payable to IPP95 shall be two percent (2%).
