Advance Charge Sample Clauses

Advance Charge. Where a Deed of Conditions has stipulated the provision of funding by means of an advance charge, we will request from clients, at designated times, an amount estimated to meet future expenditure. At the end of the period we will produce a common charge account(s) showing the actual expenditure in that period, against which will be offset the advance charges paid by the client in that accounting period. The resultant balance will be adjusted with the next advance charge due. The level of charge going forward will be reviewed half yearly, or annually, to reflect changing levels of expenditure.
