Common use of ADS Cancellation Fee Clause in Contracts

ADS Cancellation Fee. by any person surrendering ADSs for cancellation and withdrawal of Deposited Securities or by any person to whom Deposited Securities are delivered, a fee not in excess of U.S. $5.00 per 100 ADSs (or fraction thereof) surrendered;
