Common use of ADS Cancellation Fee Clause in Contracts

ADS Cancellation Fee. by any person for whom ADSs are being cancelled (e.g., a cancellation of ADSs for Delivery of deposited Shares, upon a change in the ADS(s)-to-Share(s) ratio, or for any other reason), a fee not in excess of U.S. $5.00 per 100 ADSs (or fraction thereof) cancelled;

ADS Cancellation Fee. by any person for whom ADSs are being cancelled (e.g., a cancellation of ADSs for Delivery of deposited Sharesshares, upon a change in the ADS(s)-to-Share(s) ratio, or for any other reason), a fee not in excess of U.S. $5.00 per 100 ADSs (or fraction thereof) cancelled;
