Common use of Adoption of Final Contract Clause in Contracts

Adoption of Final Contract. Adoption of the aforesaid CONTRACT shall be accomplished upon ratification b the membership of the UNION and ratification by the BOARD. Signature of the completed CONTRACT shall occur within thirty (30) days after ratification by both parties.

Adoption of Final Contract. Adoption of the aforesaid CONTRACT shall be accomplished upon ratification b by the membership of the UNION EIA and ratification by the BOARD. Signature of the completed CONTRACT shall occur within thirty ten (3010) days after ratification by both parties.
