Adoption Assistance. Effective March 17, 2015, and continuing for the life of the Agreement, the Company agrees to include employees covered by this Agreement in the Adoption Assistance Plan as it is applicable to non-represented employees of the Company, subject to the limitations described below. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Adoption Assistance Plan at any time without negotiation so long as the changes are uniformly applied to all eligible employees.
