ADOPTED. Executive shall be entitled to participate in any other employee benefit plans of the Company generally applicable to officers of the Company occupying similar positions as Executive, including, but not limited to, any profit sharing, pension, stock option, stock appreciation rights, stock ownership, health, medical, dental, vacation, insurance or other employee benefit plans.
