Admissions, Withdrawals and Removals. No Person shall be admitted to the Company as a Member except in accordance with Section 3.2 or Section 8.5. No Member shall be entitled to retire or withdraw from being a Member of the Company, nor shall any Member be removed from the Company, except in accordance with Section 8.1. No admission, withdrawal, removal or redemption of a Member shall, in and of itself, cause the dissolution of the Company. Any purported admission, withdrawal, removal or redemption which is not in accordance with this Agreement shall be null and void.
