Admission as a Partner. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary: (i) an Assignee shall not be admitted to the Partnership as a Substitute Limited Partner without the consent of the General Partner, which consent may be withheld in the General Partner’s sole discretion; and (ii) an Assignee shall be admitted to the Partnership as a general partner only as provided in Section 7.5 or 8.2.
