Administrator’s Observations. The ▇▇▇▇/ Library Director or administrative designee will arrange with the instructor to observe a class or, in the case of counselors and librarians, an appropriate activity, at least once during the five-year cycle. In the case of class observations for online classes, the administrator must consult with the faculty member prior to observing the class. Administrators shall be granted access to the online class, but observations should be limited in scope (approximating a one-day in-person class visit as best as is possible).
