Common use of Administrative Services Clause in Contracts

Administrative Services. The Administrator shall supervise each Fund’s business and affairs and shall provide such services required for effective administration of such Fund as are not provided by employees or other agents engaged by such Fund; provided, that the Administrator shall not have any obligation to provide under this Agreement any direct or indirect services to a Fund’s shareholders, any services related to the distribution of a Fund’s shares, or any other services that are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between a Fund and the Administrator. Subject to the foregoing, in providing administrative services hereunder, the Administrator shall:

The Administrator shall supervise each also, on behalf of the Fund’s , conduct relations with custodians, depositories, transfer agents, dividend disbursing agents, other shareholder servicing agents, accountants, attorneys, underwriters, brokers and dealers, corporate fiduciaries, insurers, banks and such other persons in any such other capacity deemed to be necessary or desirable. The Administrator shall make reports to the Trustees of its performance of obligations hereunder and furnish advice and recommendations with respect to such other aspects of the business and affairs and shall provide such services required for effective administration of such the Fund as are not provided by employees or other agents engaged by such Fund; provided, that the Administrator it shall not have any obligation determine to provide under this Agreement any direct or indirect services to a Fund’s shareholders, any services related to the distribution of a Fund’s shares, or any other services that are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between a Fund and the Administrator.
