Administrative Seller. Each Seller hereby irrevocably appoints Dairy Group as its agent and attorney-in-fact (the “Administrative Seller”) which appointment shall remain in full force and effect unless and until the Agent shall have received prior written notice signed by each of the Sellers that such appointment has been revoked and that another Seller has been appointed the Administrative Seller. Each Seller hereby irrevocably appoints and authorizes the Administrative Seller (i) to provide the Agent with all Purchase Notices and Letter of Credit Applications for the benefit of any Seller and all other notices and instructions under this Agreement or any Letter of Credit, (ii) to receive all notices and instructions from the Agent or any Purchaser hereunder or pursuant to any Letter of Credit and (iii) to exercise such other powers as are reasonably incidental thereto to carry out the purposes of this Agreement or any Letter of Credit.
