Administrative Obligations. A. In connection with the administration of the Settlement, the Claim Administrator shall maintain a record of all contacts from Settlement Class Members regarding the Settlement, any Claims submitted pursuant to this Settlement Agreement and any responses thereto. The Claim Administrator, on a weekly basis, shall provide to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel a summary information concerning the number of claims made, number of claims validated, number of returned claims for incompleteness or deficiencies, and total dollar amount of payouts on claims made, the number of claims rejected and the total dollar amount of claims rejected, such that Class Counsel and Defense Counsel may inspect and monitor the claims process. B. Except as otherwise stated herein, all reasonable expenses of the Claim Administrator incurred in administering this Settlement Agreement, including, without limitation, the cost of the Class Notice and Claim administration, shall be paid by VWGoA.
