ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON. 1. One representative from grades kindergarten through five (5) and one representative from grades six (6) through twelve (12) will be appointed by the Association to meet with the Superintendent as needed to review and discuss current school problems and practices and the administration of this Agreement. 2. Times, dates and agendas for these meetings will be arrived at in the same fashion as used by the Liaison Committee in the building meetings with principals.
ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON. 14.1 A group comprised of one (1) representative from each building will be appointed by the Association to meet with the Superintendent up to once per month, or as needed, as scheduled by the Union president, to review, discuss and, where possible, resolve current problems and practices and the administration of the Agreement. 14.2 Agenda items will be furnished by the Superintendent and the Committee and each party will supply the other with its agenda items at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting time. All agenda items will be discussed.
ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON. A. The Vice President of Human Resources shall serve as the Administrative Liaison to the Council. The Associate Vice President for Auxiliary Enterprises assumes the responsibility of ensuring this Memorandum of Understanding is upheld.
ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON. Both universities agree to appoint a coordinator or administrative liaison to support the Program. Undergraduate students should identify a planned course of study and have this approved by the coordinator or administrative liaison prior to submitting an application to ECU. If a new coordinator or administrative liaison is appointed at either participating institution, a written notice of the change should be given to the other institution.

ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON. The Library Director shall serve as the Library’s administrative liaison to the City Manager’s Office. The City Manager or Deputy City Manager shall provide general assistance to the Library Director concerning the execution of City-provided services under this Agreement. Upon request by the Library Director, the City Manager or Deputy City Manager may offer guidance as to the application of City ordinances or policies to Library matters. Additionally, the Library Director may represent the Library at City training sessions and/or administrative meetings upon invitation by the City Manager’s Office.
