Common use of Administrative Control Clause in Contracts

Administrative Control. The SubRecipient recognize and understand that the County will be the governmental entity required to execute all grant agreements received from HUD pursuant to the County's requests for CDBG funds. Accordingly, the SubRecipient agrees that as to its projects or activities performed or conducted under any CDBG agreement, the County shall have the necessary administrative control required to meet HUD requirements.
