The Administrative Component clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the management and oversight of the agreement or project. It typically outlines which party is responsible for administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and communication between the parties. Administrative Component. The definition of "Administrative Component" shall be as given in Clause 5.02(c)(iii).
