Common use of Administrative Agent Direction Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent Direction. The Lenders executing this Agreement, constituting the Requisite Lenders, hereby instruct and direct the Administrative Agent, in such capacity or in its capacity as Collateral Agent, to enter into, execute, and deliver this Agreement.
