Administration’s Pre-Hearing Statement. Within thirty (30) days after receiving the request for Grievance Panel hearing form, the Administration must submit to the Grievant, the Grievance Committee Co-Coordinators, and other parties listed on the Grievance form, a pre- hearing statement. This pre-hearing statement should: detail the charges which form the basis for the proposed dismissal; summarize the issues and the supporting facts; and include relevant documents or other supporting materials. It should also include a list of witnesses to be called.
