Common use of Administration Services Clause in Contracts

Administration Services. The Administrator shall provide the services as listed on Schedule B, subject to the authorization and direction of the Funds and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the Funds’ independent accountants and legal counsel and in accordance with procedures which may be established from time to time between the Funds and the Administrator. The Administrator shall perform such other services for the Funds that are mutually agreed to in writing by the parties from time to time, for which the Funds will pay such fees as may be mutually agreed upon in writing, including the Administrator’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. The provision of such services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, unless otherwise modified in writing. The Administrator shall provide the office facilities and the personnel determined by it to perform the services contemplated herein.

The Administrator shall perform such other services for the Funds Trustee that are mutually agreed to in writing by the parties from time to time, for which the Funds Trustee will pay such fees as may be mutually agreed upon in writingbetween the Trustee and the Administrator, including the Administrator’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. The provision of such services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, unless otherwise modified in writing. The Administrator shall provide the office facilities and the personnel determined by it to perform the services contemplated herein.

The Administrator shall perform such other services for the Funds Fund that are mutually agreed to in writing by the parties Administrator and Fund from time to time, for which the Funds Fund will pay such fees as may be mutually agreed upon upon, in writing, from time to time, including the Administrator’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. The provision of such services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, unless otherwise modified in writing. The Administrator shall provide provide, at its expense, unless otherwise agreed in a fee schedule, the office facilities and the personnel determined by it to perform the services contemplated herein.
