Common use of Administration Services Clause in Contracts

Administration Services. The Administrator shall provide the services as listed on Schedule B, subject to the authorization and direction of the Trust and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the Trust’s independent accountants and legal counsel and in accordance with procedures which may be established from time to time between the Trust and the Administrator. The Administrator shall perform such other services for the Trust that are mutually agreed to by the parties from time to time, for which the Trust will pay such fees as may be mutually agreed upon, including the Administrator’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. The provision of such services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Administrator shall provide the office facilities and the personnel determined by it to perform the services contemplated herein.

Administration Services. The Administrator shall perform such other services for the Trust Trusts that are mutually agreed to by the parties from time to time, for which the Trust Trusts will pay such fees as may be mutually agreed upon, including the Administrator’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. The Administrator shall provide the office facilities and the personnel determined by it to perform the services contemplated herein.

The Administrator shall provide the services as listed on Schedule B, subject to the authorization control, supervision and direction of the Trust each Company and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the TrustCompany’s independent accountants and legal counsel and in accordance with procedures which may be established from time to time between the Trust Company and the Administrator. The Administrator shall perform such other services for the Trust each Company that are mutually agreed to by the parties from time to time, for which the Trust Company will pay such fees as may be mutually agreed upon, including the Administrator’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. The provision of such services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Administrator shall provide the office facilities and the personnel determined by it to perform the services contemplated herein.

The Administrator shall perform such other services for the Trust Corporation that are mutually agreed to by the parties from time to time, for which the Trust Corporation will pay such fees as may be mutually agreed upon, including the Administrator’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. The provision of such services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Administrator shall provide the office facilities and the personnel determined by it to perform the services contemplated herein.

The Administrator shall perform such other services for the Trust that are mutually agreed to by the parties from time to time, for which the Trust will pay such fees as may be mutually agreed upon, including the Administrator’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. The provision of such services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Administrator shall provide the office facilities and the personnel determined by it to perform the services contemplated herein.

The Administrator shall provide the services as listed on Schedule BA, subject to the authorization and direction of the Trust and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the Trust’s independent accountants and legal counsel and in accordance with procedures which may be established from time to time between the Trust and the Administrator. The Administrator shall perform such other services for the Trust that are mutually agreed to by the parties from time to time, for which the Trust will pay (or cause the Sponsor to pay) such fees as may be mutually agreed upon, including the Administrator’s reasonable out-of-of- pocket expenses. The provision of such services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Administrator shall provide the office facilities and the personnel determined by it to perform the services contemplated herein.

The Administrator shall perform such other services for the Trust Company that are mutually agreed to by the parties from time to time, for which the Trust Company will pay such fees as may be mutually agreed upon, (including the Administrator’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses) as may be mutually agreed upon in writing. The provision of such services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Administrator shall provide the office facilities and the personnel determined by it to perform the services contemplated herein.

Administration Services. The Administrator shall provide the services as listed on Schedule B, subject to the authorization and direction of the each Trust and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the each Trust’s independent accountants auditors and legal counsel and in accordance with procedures which may be established from time to time between the each Trust and the Administrator. The Administrator shall perform such other services for the each Trust that are mutually agreed to by the parties from time to time, for which the such Trust will pay such fees as may be mutually agreed upon, including the Administrator’s reasonable documented out-of-pocket expenses. The provision of such services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Administrator shall provide the office facilities and the personnel determined by it to perform the services contemplated herein.
