Administration; Reports. In general, to attend to all non-discretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Receivables Files on behalf of the Receivables Holders as may be expressly provided herein or as may be required or customary for a custodian or bailee. In addition, Custodian shall assist the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer (at Servicer's cost) generally in the preparation of reports to holders or to regulatory bodies to the extent necessitated by Custodian's custody of the Receivables Files.
