Common use of Administration of USB Clause in Contracts

Administration of USB. The Union Sick Bank shall be administered by a three (3) person committee elected from the membership of the bargaining unit. A representative of the Employer and the District Director of the Union or his/her designee shall serve as nonvoting participants and shall have input during the decision making process.
