ADMINISTRATION OF CREDIT FACILITIES. (a) Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, the Agent may take any action with respect to the credit facility contemplated by the Loan Documents as the Agent determines to be appropriate, provided, however, the Agent is not under any affirmative obligation to take any action which it is not required by this Agreement or the Loan Documents specifically to so take.
