ADMINISTRATION OF CREDIT FACILITIES (a) Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, each Agent may take any action with respect to the credit facility contemplated by the Loan Documents as that Agent determines to be appropriate within their respective areas of responsibility and authority, as set forth in Sections 15:15-2(b) and 15:15-2(a), provided, however, neither Agent is under any affirmative obligation to take any action which it is not required by this Agreement or the Loan Documents specifically to so take.
