Administering Agent. 8.1.1 The parties acknowledge that the Scottish Ministers have appointed the Administering Agent in relation to the administration of the Help to Buy (Scotland) Affordable New Build Scheme. 8.1.2 The Provider shall co-operate with and provide, as expeditiously as possible, assistance and all required information to the Administering Agent. 8.1.3 The Scottish Ministers shall use all reasonable endeavours to procure that the Administering Agent acts expeditiously and provides all reasonable assistance and co-operation to the Provider.
