Common use of Admin Fees Clause in Contracts

Admin Fees. If, in any rolling three (3) Month period, two (2) or more MI Failures occur, the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Authority shall have the right to invoice the Supplier Admin Fees and (subject to paragraph S4.1.11) in respect of any MI Failures as they arise in subsequent Months.
