Adjustments to Work Schedule a. A bargaining unit employee’s work schedule may be adjusted during the work period up to a maximum of six (6) hours with time off to avoid overtime prior to reporting to work on the day given off with at least eight (8) hours advance notice, unless otherwise agreed to by the employee.
