Common use of Adjustments to Other Securities Clause in Contracts

Adjustments to Other Securities. In the event that at any time, as a result of an adjustment made pursuant to this Section 3, the Warrantholder shall become entitled to purchase any Units or securities of the Company other than the Units, thereafter the number of such other Units or securities so purchasable upon exercise of each Warrant and the exercise price for such Units or securities shall be subject to adjustment from time to time in a manner and on terms as nearly equivalent as possible to the provisions with respect to the Units contained in Paragraphs 3(a) through (c), inclusive.
