Adjustments of Purchase Price, Number and Character of Warrant Shares, Number of Warrants. The Purchase Price and the number and kind of securities purchasable upon the exercise of each Warrant shall be subject to adjustment from time to time upon the happening of the events enumerated in this section 3.
