ADJUSTMENTS FOR CHANGES IN CAPITAL STRUCTURE. If, as a result of any reorganization, recapitalization, reincorporation, reclassification, stock dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar change in the Common Stock, the outstanding shares of Common Stock are increased or decreased or are exchanged for a different number or kind of shares of the Company’s stock, the restrictions contained in this Agreement shall apply with equal force to additional and/or substitute securities, if any, received by the Optionee in exchange for, or by virtue of his or her ownership of, Issued Shares.

ADJUSTMENTS FOR CHANGES IN CAPITAL STRUCTURE. IfIf there shall be any change in the Common Stock of the Company through merger, as a result of any consolidation, reorganization, recapitalization, reincorporation, reclassification, stock dividend, stock split, reverse stock split combination or other similar change in exchange of shares, or the Common Stock, the outstanding shares of Common Stock are increased or decreased or are exchanged for a different number or kind of shares of the Company’s stocklike, the restrictions contained in Section 8 and this Agreement Section 17 shall apply with equal force to additional and/or substitute securities, if any, received by the Optionee Employee in exchange for, or by virtue of his or her ownership of, Issued Option Shares, except as otherwise determined by the Board of Directors of the Company.

If, as a result of any reorganization, recapitalization, reincorporation, reclassification, stock dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar change in the Common StockShares, the outstanding shares of Common Stock Shares are increased or decreased or are exchanged for a different number or kind of shares securities of the Company’s stock, the restrictions contained in this Agreement shall apply with equal force to additional and/or substitute securities, if any, received by the Optionee Grantee in exchange for, or by virtue of his or her ownership of, Issued Sharesthis Award or Shares acquired pursuant thereto.

ADJUSTMENTS FOR CHANGES IN CAPITAL STRUCTURE. If, as a result of any reorganization, recapitalization, reincorporation, reclassification, stock dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar change in the Common Stock, the outstanding shares of Common Stock are increased or decreased or are exchanged for a different number or kind of shares of the Company’s stock, the restrictions contained in this Agreement Section 8 and obligations under Sections 10 and 11 herein shall apply with equal force to additional and/or substitute securities, if any, received by the Optionee in exchange for, or by virtue of his or her ownership of, Issued of Covered Shares.
