Common use of Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Adjustment. Transportation Charge - Minimum and Variable Components One-twelfth of the adjustments for prior underpayments or overpayments of the Agency’s minimum and variable operation, power, and replacement components for each year shall be added or credited to the corresponding components to be paid in the corresponding month of the year following the redetermination, together with accrued interest charges or credits thereon computed at the then current project interest rate on the amount of the underpayment or overpayment and compounded annually for the number of years from the year the underpayment or overpayment occurred to and including the year following the redetermination.
