Common use of Adjustment of Warrant Price, Number and Kind of Shares Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Warrant Price, Number and Kind of Shares. The Warrant ------------------------------------------------------ Price and the number and kind of securities issuable upon the exercise or exchange of this Warrant shall be subject to adjustment from time to time, and the Company agrees to provide ten (10) days prior written notice of the happening of any of the following events, together with a certificate of adjustment executed by an officer of the Company setting forth the nature of the adjustment and a brief description of such event triggering adjustment. The Company further agrees that it will not change the par value of the Common Stock from no par value per share to any higher par value which exceeds the Warrant Price then in effect.
