Adjustment for Errors. The Employer reserves the right to adjust arithmetical or other errors in the Tender. Errors in extension and addition will be corrected on the basis that the tendered rate per unit is correct. Any adjustments made by the Employer to a Tender will be indicated to the Tenderer prior to the acceptance of the Tender.

Adjustment for Errors. The Commission has the authority to make any adjustments to payments if it discovers an error has been made in prior payments.

Adjustment for Errors. All payments made under this Agreement are subject to adjustment in the event of an error affecting such payment. Appropriate adjustments will be made within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice of the error.
