Common use of Adjustment Certificate Clause in Contracts

Adjustment Certificate. When any adjustment is required to be made in the Warrant Shares or the Purchase Price pursuant to this Section 5, the Company shall promptly mail to the Holder a certificate setting forth (i) a brief statement of the facts requiring such adjustment, (ii) the Exercise Price after such adjustment and (iii) the kind and amount of shares or other securities or property into which this Warrant shall be exercisable after such adjustment.

Adjustment Certificate. When any adjustment is required to be made in the Warrant Shares or the Purchase Price pursuant to this Section 54 to the number of Warrant Shares issuable hereunder or to the Exercise Price, the Company shall promptly mail to the Holder a certificate setting forth (i) a brief statement of the facts requiring such adjustment, (ii) the Exercise Price after such adjustment and (iii) the kind and amount of shares stock or other securities or property into which this Warrant shall be exercisable after such adjustment.

Adjustment Certificate. When any adjustment is required to be made in the Warrant Shares this Note or the Purchase Fixed Conversion Price pursuant to this under Section 55(c), the Company shall promptly mail to the Holder a certificate setting forth (i) a brief statement of the facts requiring such adjustment, (ii) the Exercise Price after such adjustment and (iii) the kind and amount of shares or other securities or property into which this Warrant shall be exercisable conversion price after such adjustment.

Adjustment Certificate. When any adjustment is required to be made in the Warrant Shares Common Stock or the Purchase Exercise Price pursuant to this Section 56, the Company shall promptly mail to the Registered Holder a certificate setting forth (i) a brief statement of the facts requiring such adjustment, (ii) the Exercise Price after such adjustment adjustment, and (iii) the kind and amount of shares stock or other securities or property into which this Warrant shall be exercisable after such adjustment.
