Common use of Adjuster Classifications Clause in Contracts

Adjuster Classifications. When requesting an Adjuster to perform Litigated Claims Adjusting Services, Citizens will specify one or more of the following Adjuster classifications. Prior to submission to Citizens, Vendor must confirm that all submitted Adjusters meet or exceed the corresponding minimum qualifications detailed below. Each Adjuster must also meet the minimum qualifications set forth in Sections 4.2.1., 4.2.2., and 4.2.3. Citizens may require any classification of Adjuster in any role based on the needs of Citizens in the performance of Litigated Claims Adjusting Services.
