Adjusted Compensation Clause Samples
Adjusted Compensation. If the Scope of Services for the Project or if the Services are materially changed by written change order, the amounts of the Artist’s Fee shall be equitably adjusted as approved by City in its sole discretion. Any additional amounts paid to Artist as a result of any material change to the Scope of Services for the Project shall be agreed upon in writing by both parties before the Services are performed.
Adjusted Compensation. If the scope of the Project (“Scope of the Project”) or if the Services are materially changed due to no error by Consultant in the performance of Services under this Agreement, the amounts of Consultant’s compensation shall be equitably adjusted as approved by City in its sole discretion. Any additional amounts paid to Consultant as a result of any material change to the Scope of the Project shall be authorized by written Change Order duly executed by both parties before the Services are performed.
Adjusted Compensation. The City may request additional compensation from GAATN if there are material changes in the scope of the Services or if GAATN, acting through its Board, requests additional Services. GAATN may request reduction of required compensation to the City, if there are material changes in the scope of the Services or if GAATN, acting through its Board, requests reduced or altered Services.
