Common use of Adjusted Amount Clause in Contracts

Adjusted Amount. notice to the Office of Rail and Road (a) stating the reasons for the Adjusted Amount; (b) stating the extent to which and ways in which the Criteria have been applied in determining the Adjusted Amount and, in any case where they have not been applied, the reasons; and (c) giving such other information as the Office of Rail and Road may have requested.
