Common use of Adjournment Clause in Contracts

Adjournment. When a meeting is adjourned to another time or place, notice need not be given of the adjourned meeting, if the time and place thereof are announced at the meeting at which the adjournment is taken, unless such adjournment shall be for more than forty-five days. At the adjourned meeting, the Company may transact any business which might have been transacted at the original meeting. If the adjournment is for more than forty-five days, a notice of the adjourned meeting shall be given in accordance with this Section 13.04.

Adjournment. At the adjourned meeting, the Company Members may transact any business which might have been transacted at the original meeting. If the adjournment is for more than forty-five 45 days, a second notice of the adjourned meeting shall be given in accordance with this Section 13.04to all the Members at least ten days before the date of the adjourned meeting.
