Common use of Adjoining Property Clause in Contracts

Adjoining Property. Contractor shall ensure that all of its activities and the activities of all Contractor-Related Parties are undertaken in a manner that will reasonably minimize the effect on surrounding property and the public.

Adjoining Property. Contractor shall ensure that all of its activities and the activities of its employees, agents, officers and Subcontractors and all Contractor-Related Parties other Persons for whom Contractor may be legally or contractually responsible are undertaken in a manner that will reasonably minimize the effect on surrounding property and the public.
