Adjoining Facility Operator. Service Provider may exchange metering data and allocated Gas quantities determined pursuant to this Agreement with the operator of any distribution pipeline system, transmission pipeline system or other Gas facility that directly connects with the Pipeline System, or with the STTM Operator (or intermediary) or market operator (or intermediary) of any market associated with that distribution pipeline system, transmission pipeline system or other Gas facility.
