Allocation of MAP In Pipe Trade Quantities. (a) In the case of a MAP In Pipe Trade Receipt Point and a MAP In Pipe Trade Delivery Point, the total quantity of Gas determined as having been received at the relevant MAP In Pipe Trade Receipt Point or delivered at the relevant MAP In Pipe Trade Delivery Point will be determined as follows: (i) the actual quantity of Gas delivered to the Moomba In Pipe Trade Delivery Point on a Day pursuant to the Moomba In Pipe Trade Service, will be deemed to be the Scheduled Moomba In Pipe Trade Delivery Quantity for that Day (Moomba In Pipe Trade Allocated Delivery Quantity); (ii) the actual quantity of Gas received at the Moomba In Pipe Trade Receipt Point on a Day pursuant to the Moomba In Pipe Trade Service, will be deemed to be the Scheduled Moomba In Pipe Trade Receipt Quantity for that Day (Moomba In Pipe Trade Allocated Receipt Quantity); (iii) the actual quantity of Gas delivered to the Adelaide In Pipe Trade Delivery Point on a Day pursuant to the Adelaide In Pipe Trade Service, will be deemed to be the Scheduled Adelaide In Pipe Trade Delivery Quantity for that Day (Adelaide In Pipe Trade Allocated Delivery Quantity); and (iv) the actual quantity of Gas received at the Adelaide In Pipe Trade Receipt Point on a Day pursuant to the Adelaide In Pipe Trade Service, will be deemed to be the Scheduled Adelaide In Pipe Trade Receipt Quantity for that Day (Adelaide In Pipe Trade Allocated Receipt Quantity). (b) In the absence of manifest error, the Scheduled Moomba In Pipe Trade Delivery Quantity, the Scheduled Moomba In Pipe Trade Receipt Quantity, the Scheduled Adelaide In Pipe Trade Delivery Quantity, and the Scheduled Adelaide In Pipe Trade Receipt Quantity, for a Day, will not be altered under any circumstance.
