Adherence to Regulations. Company User agrees that it will not generate transactions that violate applicable law, including the laws or regulations of the United States, or of any other country which has jurisdiction over Company. This includes, but is not limited to, sanction laws administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”).
