Common use of Adherence to Law Clause in Contracts

Adherence to Law. This Contract shall be subject to, and Contractor shall adhere to, all applicable federal, state, and local laws (including the Wilsonville Code and Public Works Standards), including but not limited to laws, rules, regulations, and policies concerning employer and employee relationships, workers compensation, and minimum and prevailing wage requirements. Any certificates, licenses, or permits that Contractor is required by law to obtain or maintain in order to perform the Work described in this Contract shall be obtained and maintained throughout the term of this Contract.
