Common use of Address Lists Clause in Contracts

Address Lists. 30-4 Monthly, the University shall give to the UMLEA two (2) copies and the POAM one (1) copy of a list of employees together with their most current addresses as they appear on the records of the University. The UMLEA and the POAM shall retain such information in confidence and disclose it only to those officials of the UMLEA and the POAM whose duties require them to have such information.
