Common use of Additions Clause in Contracts

Additions.  All fees are due before you attend your visa appointment at the US Consulate and/or by March 1st, 2015 regardless of the date you applied or were accepted. If not received at that time you will incur a non-refundable €100 surcharge.  If your complete application is accepted by your local CCUSA office after March 1st, 2015, due to missing paperwork and/or missing fees or just simply applying later than this date, you will incur a non-refundable €100 surcharge and the CCUSA head office in the US reserves the right to cancel your application.
