Common use of Additional Written Communications Clause in Contracts

Additional Written Communications. Before using, authorizing, approving or referring to any Issuer Written Communication, the Company and the Guarantors will furnish to the Representative and counsel for the Initial Purchasers a copy of such written communication for review and will not use, authorize, approve or refer to any such written communication to which the Representative reasonably objects.

Before making, preparing, using, authorizing, approving or referring to any Issuer Written Communication, the Company and the Subsidiary Guarantors will furnish to the Representative Initial Purchaser and counsel for the Initial Purchasers Purchaser a copy of such written communication for review and will not make, prepare, use, authorize, approve or refer to any such written communication to which the Representative Initial Purchaser reasonably objects.

Before using, authorizing, approving or referring to any Issuer Written Communication, the Company Acquisition Sub, the Company, and the Guarantors Guarantors, as applicable, will furnish to the Representative Initial Purchasers and counsel for the Initial Purchasers a copy of such written communication for review and will not use, authorize, approve or refer to any such written communication to which the Representative Initial Purchasers reasonably objectsobject.
