Common use of ADDITIONAL WORK AND FACILITY Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL WORK AND FACILITY. In the event of providing any additional materials, facilities, amenities or gadgets over and above what has been agreed upon for the benefit of the occupants of the said Project, the benefit whereof would be for the Allottee(s), or the said Apartment, the Allottee(s) shall be liable to make payment of the proportionate share in respect thereof to the Promoter and the same shall form part of the common facilities. However, whether such additional facilities or amenities are to be provided for will be entirety at the sole discretion of the Promoter and the Allottee(s) hereby consent(s) to the same.

However, whether such additional amenities and facilities or amenities are to be provided for will be entirety at the sole discretion of the Promoter PROMOTER/DEVELOPER and the Allottee(s) Allottee/Purchaser hereby consent(s) consents to the same.
